Fibromyalgia Syndrome (FMS)

Symptoms

Fibromyalgia is a health condition characterised by widespread chronic pain and a heightened pain response.
FMS is often accompanied by extreme fatigue and insomnia, as well as brain fog and poor cognition.

Many FMS sufferers experience:

  • Restless Leg Syndrome

  • IBS and bladder issues

  • Tingling of hands and feet

  • Sensitivity to noise, lights or temperature.

SIBO is also often commonly associated with FMS and can contribute to all of its symptoms. Because of this association, IBS Clinics have helped many patients with Fibromyalgia.
