What Our Fees Include
The fees shown per appointment reflect the time spent with you in a consultation (60, 90 or 120 minutes).
We do not charge for our preparation for your appointment. So the fee charged represents around 4 hours of a practitioner’s time. This encompasses reviewing your questionnaires, test results, and research. Also it includes time taken in assembling diet, lifestyle and supplement recommendations.
20/30 minute “check-ins”
Once a programme is underway it is very likely that you may have some questions. This could be anything from discussing new food items that you are uncertain about, to reporting a new symptom. The best way to discuss things like this is by booking a short “check-in” chat. This can be by phone, Zoom or Skype. If the call is 5-15 minutes long then this is of course free. But if the call takes 20 minutes or more we are sure that you will understand if we charge for the call. Of course this will be pro-rated to our regular charge out rate in your programme.
Email contact
We spend most of our time with patients or preparing and following up from consultations. So this limits the time available for email correspondence. So brief emails are always better. We will always respond as quickly as possible, but this may take a day or two. Of course we do not charge for email correspondence. But if you have several questions or need an interactive response then please book a “check-in”.
Supplements and other products
We partner with leading specialists to provide a great range of supplements for our support programmes. Full details of recommended supplements are a core part of your programme with us.
Diagnostic tests
We use specific diagnostic tests to determine key imbalances in your body. We partner with leading laboratories for these tests.
With both supplements and tests extra charges will be applicable. This approach means that we tailor your programme with elements from leading suppliers.
